事情是这样的
小芳和东东最近正在讨论两人结婚的事情。不过房子的事情却成了一个麻烦。
东东一年前(2006年）在厦门买了一套房子，90平，总额55万。不过当时他手里2万元，而且家里经济也无法支持他首付。由于房价一直在涨，东东咬咬牙就和舅舅借了15万，付了首付，并写下欠条，十年付清。舅舅算是不错了，没有提利息的事情。剩下的部分公积金贷款和商业代款，共向银行贷款40万，分20年还清。这样东东工资的绝大部分只能用来交每个月的房子贷款以及向舅舅借的15万。
谈到结婚，小芳妈妈就不太是支持，理由是：东东是外地人，经济基础也不太好。说到房子的时候，芳妈有自己的想法：房子的产权必须公证分一半给她女儿。当然她也有自己的理由：
1.婚后女人是弱势。房子是结婚前买的，所以将来如果不幸离婚（当然她也不希望），房子的所有权将全部属东东的。这对女方不公平；
2.东东连首付都是向他舅舅借的，这笔钱将来一定是由两个人来还的。即使东东自己一个人还所有的债，那么家庭的其他支出一定主要由女儿这边支出。女儿出钱出力，产权上却没有自己的房子，怎么公平。
男方也有自己的意见：
1.女人未嫁就要房子一半的产权，假如婚没结成，或者结一年就离了，儿子不亏大了。
