For all nations from worldwide, it is very common to use "nice Nelly" in the language. As language comminication is the most important artifice for we human to maintain the social and interpersonal relationship, commonly, people would avoid using those language tongues which may make both sides uncomfortable or even harm, but always use circumlocution to express their ideas and for communication.
